Do you Like the Tall Lofted Story 1/2 building, but really like the Barn Style?
Valley Structures just received a Tall Lofted 12 x 20/ 2 Story Barn on our lot. There is so much room upstairs that you could turn the upstairs into a craft room or a sewing room ladies. We had a customer turn the 2nd floor into a playroom for their grandchildren. There is so much that can be done with the upstairs. This Tall Lofted Barn has about 240 square feet downstairs and the upstairs has about 200 square feet. That gives you about 440 square feet of storage space.
There is a single 3-foot 9 Lite House door on the front of the building. Do you have a pool and would like someplace to hang out in and maybe a changing area? You can use the downstairs for relaxing and getting out of the sun. Upstairs can be used as a changing area. One of our customers added a bathroom and a little kitchen. The Lean-to would be especially helpful to get under and out of the sun. There is plenty of shade under the Lean-to.
