Valley Structures has a new Small Wooden 6 x 8 Condo that just arrived. We have other size condos if you what something bigger or smaller. What is nice about ordering a new condo is that you can change the color, add some different options or even change the size. We offer 5 different size condos:4×6, 4 x 8, 6 x 6, 6 x 8, and 8 x 8.
With this condo being short in size, it is made to butt up another structure again. You can put it behind your home or even another building. If you live in a Townhome, this condo would be a perfect fit against the back of your home. Some things that can be stored in this small wooden condo are firewood, your generator, trash cans, and even a few gardening tools.

The siding on this small wooden condo is called LP Smart Paneling and it is a panel that will resist flaking and peeling on the inside. It will also help keep the inside cooler during the summer months. The door on this condo is 55 inches tall and about 3-feet wide. Now you can also turn the condo around and put the door on the taller side This will make the door taller. Please stop by and let us show you this condo and explain all the different things that you can store in it. We are located on Mechanicsville Tnpk across from the windmill. If this condo is not the right size for you, you can choose a building that is bigger or smaller that would suit your needs better.

If this building isn’t the right color for your home, Valley Structures can definitely order another shed that will match your home. We also offer different sizes if this one is to small or to big and different styles that will fit all your storage needs.
Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
