In this 10 x 16 x 8 Cottage, under the floor, there are 2 x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joists. The siding on this building has LP Smart Panel, which has SilverTech. SilverTech is a finished look that resists flaking and peeling. The panel will also help reduce heat in the building. It also gives the interior of the cottage a brighter look. Under the shingles, there is tar paper that will protect the roof sheathing. The double door is extra wide and extra tall, great for getting in your tractor with the roll bar. Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. For anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
