Valley Structures had a 10 x 12 Tall Cottage on the Lot. It is now sold, but we can order another just like it or you can change it up a bit. That is a great thing about ordering a building from Valley Structures, you can choose your size, the style that will look best with your home and there are so many options that you can choose from. Just come in and sit down with us and we can help you decide what would be the best storage building for all your storage needs.

This 10 x 12 Tall Cottage has 7-foot sidewalls that you can hang hooks, And from those hooks, you can hang shovels, rakes, or anything that you want to keep off the floor. You can even hang your bikes from these walls. Do you have a tall shelf that you want to store things on? Being that the walls are tall you can add steel or wooden shelves in there. Are you looking to clean out the extra room? There is plenty of space to store boxes and plenty of space to store boxes on top of each other.

There is a 10-foot Ridge Vent on the roof of this building that will help with the air circulation throughout the shed.  What is nice about this floor is, that it has a 2 x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist, 12″ on-center, and a 3/4 inch floorboard.  It is our strongest floor that Valley Structures offers.

Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
