We have just added a new Backyard Shed to our inventory this week. This shed is a Display Model that you can order off of. What is nice about these buildings, is that you can change the color or even do different options. Completely up to you. We now have a 10 x 16 Cottage, therefore, there are 160 square feet in this shed. Do you have furniture that you need out of your home and you need a place to store them? Is that extra bedroom full of stuff that you want to keep, but you need that room for guests, family, or a nursery? Are your aging parents moving in with you and they would like to store some items that they are not ready to part with? There is plenty of room for all their items.
We delivered a building last week to a couple that are missionaries to Mexico and they put the Backyard Shed in their daughter’s backyard while they are gone for the next few years. One nice feature of this shed is that the walls are 7-feet tall. Do you have a toolbox that you would like to put up against the wall? No problem. Plenty of height.
On the side of this shed, there is a 16 inch shelf that would be perfect for cans of different things, household items that you want to keep, but you want them out of the kitchen. You can store some boxes or totes on the shelf.

The ridge vent on this Backyard Shed will help keep the air circulation through the building when you have the windows opened. The siding is called LP Smart Paneling which will help keep the building cooler during the summer months. The siding is also pressure treated. We have a new flooring system called PerformMax. It is an extremely durable floor and it is waterproof. It will make your building appear less industrial and will have a sleek modern look and feel.
Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. Anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $5.00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
