This 10 x 20 x 8 wood cottage is the perfect combination building. It has plenty of storage space as well as a space to work. There are two sets of 6′ wide double doors to bring in even some commercial lawn mowers. Don’t worry, the floor is reinforced and can take the weight. Leave the mower in place and enter through the single door in front. You’ll be able to see who is coming to visit out of the larger 18 x 36 windows in front. The building has LP Smartside siding with Silvertech as well as LP TechShield. Both products have a radiant heat barrier in order to reflect heat out and help keep the building cooler in the warmer months.
This storage shed also includes our new flooring called PerformMAX. This new flooring has benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Some of the benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it also has a textured, skid-resistant surface. Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. For anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $3. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
