It would be a beautiful addition to your home. One customer turned their 12 x 20 x 8 Cottage into a changing and sitting area for chilling out after being in the pool. They laid down hardwood floors and added a little kitchenette. We delivered another tall wooden shed that was placed next to the pool with a porch on it so that while the kids were playing in the pool, the adults could be sitting on the porch and out of the shade. The walls are 8 feet tall, which if you have gardening tools will hang nicely.

In many buildings that Valley Structures builds there is a Ridge Vent. The ridge vent is a 10-foot metal piece that is on the roof and will help with air circulation. The importance of the ridge vent is ventilation throughout the building when the windows are open. In this 12 x 20 x 8 Cottage, under the floor, there are 2 x 6 Pressure Treated Floor Joist, and 12″ on-center with a 3/4 Performax floor which is called a Reinforced Floor.
There is an Electric Kit inside this 12 x 20 x 8 Cottage that will help you if you want to work out in your shed during the evening hours. Valley Structures will deliver your building up to 50 miles for you at no additional cost. For anything beyond 50 miles, there will be a small fee of $3. 00 per mile. We will level your shed free for the 1st hour and will prorate the charge after the hour. The 1st 10 blocks are free and anything beyond 10 will be $ 4.00 per block.
