Valley Structures in Lynchburg just received a 12 x 20 2 Story Full Attic with a side room. That side room is an 8 x 20 Classis shed that is attached to the 12 x 20.  The footprint of this shed is 400 square feet, which doesn’t include the upstairs space.  With the upstairs, you can store things that you do not use a lot, for example, you can store your Christmas decorations, and Christmas presents that you do not want your family to find. 

This extra tall attic would be a nice hunting place for you and your buddies to come back to and fry your fish or hang up your catch of the day. Ladies, are you looking for that perfect little shed? Just imagine all that you can do in this shed. The skies are the limit with a Story & 1/2. The walls upstairs are all the same height so you could hang things along the walls. There is an 8 x 20 Classic shed that is attached to the 12 x 20 with a single opening going through the 2 buildings.  

Flooring and ceiling information on this Full Attic

We included double transom doors as well as another single transom door for multiple access points.  It features our PerforMax flooring. This new flooring has many benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Some of the benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it has a textured, skid-resistant surface. The LP Smartside paneling with the Tech Shield radiant barrier is designed to reflect heat on those hot summer days to keep your shed a good bit cooler and is backed by LP’s 50-year limited warranty.

Ordering a new building in a different size or color

If this building isn’t the right color for your home, Valley Structures can definitely order another shed that will match your home. We also offer different sizes if this one is too small or to big. We also offer different styles that will fit all your storage needs.

Delivery Information

Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. For anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $4.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $5.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
