This 12x16x4 Barn H3718 is a great size for most any backyard storage shed. This barn features 6′ double barn doors with a diamond plate tread plate to protect the lip of the floor. The two gable vents provide ventilation of any fumes from lawnmowers and trimmers. This shed also has a 10′ ridge vent and this allows heat and any exhaust fumes from lawnmowers to safely escape. The functional 18×22 window with a screen can also be opened for additional ventilation and provides some extra light in your storage shed. This shed also features our new flooring system called PerforMax. This new flooring has many benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past.
