This 12x18x7 Barn 3877-H is a shed that gives you lots of options. It features a 4′ storage loft for storing those boxes and totes as well as a 2′ workbench. The open design gives you the choice to customize it as your needs may be. The tall 7′ walls give you the ability to hang tools and bikes as well as add some shelves or lofts as needed. This shed also features our new flooring system called PerforMax. This new flooring has many benefits over the standard plywood we have used in the past. Some of the benefits are Moisture-Resistant resin technology that minimizes linear expansion, thickness swelling, and warping. Also, it also has a textured, skid-resistant surface. We use the LP Smartside paneling on the walls with the Tech Shield radiant barrier to reflect some heat during the hot summer months.
