The Chalet has a few items that standard. There is a 6/12 pitch in the roof, 1 gable dormer, 7-foot wall, and 2 – 18″ x 22″ windows with trim.  One of the options on this 10 x 12 Chalet is that there is a Ridge Vent, that will help keep your air circulating throughout the shed. The Transome Double Doors will help bring in some more natural light. Here at Valley Structures, we have a wide variety of styles and sizes from which you can choose from.  Our prices include delivery within 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, we do charge per mile. If you would like us to level the building for you, it is $3.00 per block.
