We have customers that have purchased a Garden House and have sectioned off a portion of the building to use as a changing room and a bathroom. Some folks have even added a porch, so while the kids are playing in the pool, you can be seated in the shade and still keep an eye on them.
The vinyl on this shed is called Iron Stone and it is a beautiful shade of blue. There is 240 square feet in this Shed for you to put all your outdoor toys. Do you have a garden and would like to store all your gardening equipment in there? The walls are high enough so that you can install hooks and hang your shovels, rakes, and even weed whackers.
There are quite a few things that come standard on a Garden House. You can get an 8′, 10′, or 12′ wide building. The roof has a 6/12 pitch with Architectural Shingles, but you can upgrade to a metal roof. The overhang on the building is 6″ as well as a 6″ wood trim roofline. The sidewalls are 7’tall, with trim on the corners. On this vinyl building, there is a double slab Transom Double Door. It also has 2 – 24″ x 36″ windows. Those larger windows that have trim around them will bring in more natural light while adding style to the building.

The 10-foot metal Ridge Vent will help with the circulation throughout the building with the windows opened just a bit. The interior walls have SilverTech on them and they will brighten the shed up. The electric kit consists of 1 switch, 1 light, and 2 outlets.

If this building isn’t the right color for your home, Valley Structures can definitely order another shed that will match your home. We also offer different sizes if this one is to small or to big and different styles that will fit all your storage needs.
Valley Structures will deliver your new shed for you at no additional cost to you up to 50 miles. Anything beyond 50 miles, there is a $5.00 charge per mile. We will level your building for you at $4.00 per block. Also, we do not use customer block.
