NEW AND IMPROVED 2016 ECONOMY LINE

This month we at Valley Structures are excited to announce that we have made some new and exciting changes to our Economy line of storage sheds. This line has been popular ever since we introduced it last year. These barns will offer you the same amount of storage space at a reduced cost. They are available in the Barn and Cottage style. You will be able to add, change, or move options if you would like based on your needs or backyard requirements . For instance, if you need a loft for additional storage or reinforced flooring, we can add these options to better suit your needs. On the taller sided buildings, you have the option of placing your doors in the side of the structure.

Here are just a few of the specs:

LP Smartside Silver Tech siding, painted to your choice of color, 5/8 plywood flooring, one window standard.

They will be available in eight, ten, and twelve foot widths and up to twenty feet in length.

As with all of our other sheds, we manufacture each one at our plant located in Dayton, Va here in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. Every Economy Shed is constructed with the same attention to detail that our standard sheds include. Carports!

A product that we offer, besides our storage sheds, that many people don't know about is the Carolina Carport. We have been a dealer with them for over five years now and have been very happy with the quality and service they provide. They provide an excellent way to protect your vehicles or equipment from the damaging sun or winter elements. You can fully customize your order with just the basic carport or choose to have it fully enclosed as a garage unit with roll up doors etc. Installation of your carport on your level lot is also included in the price.

Chicken Coops

These days, when it comes to our food, more and more people are moving towards sustainable solutions for growing their own gardens and raising their own animals. We like to know where our food is coming from and how it was handled during the manufacturing process.

A lot of folks here in the Shenandoah Valley are beginning to raise their own chickens for the eggs they produce. There are a wide variety of benefits to this and here are just a couple to consider. You get fresh, healthy, organic eggs right in your own backyard that are rich in color, taste much better, and are healthier than any store bought egg. Chickens are also great for your garden in lots of ways, especially during the off-season (who doesn't love a little help in the garden?). They eat the grubs and bugs in the dirt that aren’t great for your plants, and fertilize the soil. They are a low maintenance animal so you won't be spending a lot of time taking care of them.

Here at Valley Structures, we are now offering chicken coops to give you a helping hand in getting started with your own flock of poultry. The chicken coop that is pictured is a 6×8 and has nesting boxes and perches that you can easily access just by lifing the outside access door, a small chicken door and ramp, two windows, a single door, and a drop vent in the back. These units provide a safe shelter for the chickens to lay their eggs while staying protected from any outside predators and give you an easy way to gather the eggs daily.
